I received my BS from NMSU and my MA from Western New Mexico University. I served in the United States Army, active and Reserves for 30 years, retiring as a Colonel. My teaching career expanded over 30 years as a Mathematics teacher in Silver City High School and Las Cruces High School.
I volunteer in several organizations including: Friends of the John Paul Taylor Historical Society, Mesilla Valley Catholic Serra Club for Vocations, Advisor for Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity at NMSU and Finance Council at Basilica of San Albino.
