26 Aug 29th ANNUAL EMPTY BOWLS (2021) – THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR A VERY SUCCESSFUL EVENT!
There are so many to thank for making our 29th Annual Empty Bowls a success! What a great turn out. Thank you, Potters Guild, for working long hours to bring such beautiful pottery and making this event successful and amazing! Thank you to all that donated items for the silent auction and quilt raffle. Thank you to the forty-four local restaurants and bakeries that donated soup and bread, we were so excited to have soup again. Thank you to all the businesses that sold tickets for the event. Thank you, St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, for hosting the event, year after year. Thank you to the talented group of Burrell College students for helping set up, take down and everything in between. Thank you to the NMSU students for picking up and delivering all the soups. Thank you, ABC printing, for donating all the tickets, flyers, and anything else we needed in print. Thank you to the Banks and Credit Unions that donated funds to help the costs incurred to put on this event. Thank you to the countless volunteers that worked the event and soup kitchen, without you we could not do what we do! Thank you to all the El Caldito Board Members that worked extra hours to make this event happen. Thank you, Terry Frank, for the impressive job on publicity. Finally – Thank you to this amazing community we live in – the support we receive year after year from our supporters is beyond amazing! We will see you all next year for our 30th Annual Empty Bowls.
(Please forgive me if I have forgotten anyone, just know we thank you all)
